However, it also offers unparalleled access to personalised service and advice, that we greatly pride ourselves on. We want you to feel supported, understood and the receiver of great value with every interaction you have with All Lift. Whatever your questions or concerns about the machines we have for hire, or even just your project generally, we are always here to lend our knowledge. 

When we conduct business, it’s always personal. You will rarely be dealing with more than one or two people throughout your entire experience, as we endeavour to have dedicated customer interactions. You’ll be talking to someone you know, who knows you and your project’s requirements, even as they change and grow. We will also organise delivery and pick-up to take away any potential burdens to your hire period. 

As part of our customer service, we also make it our business to be ahead of market rates, and adjust ours to always be competitive and fair.

Operator hire available

Often our hire customers do not have operator licences themselves. If you are between operators, are on your way to getting a licence, or simply have a shorter term project that won’t warrant employing an operator, we have highly qualified, experienced access equipment operators for hire. This ensures your machine is well looked after in the hire period, by someone who knows the machine well, and your worksite is in safe hands.
