Dean has been with All Lift for a whopping 11 years (since inception) and he’s not going anywhere!
He is part of the backbone of our business and our customers know that where there’s Dean, there’s a quality machine just around the corner. Overseeing all aspects of the business management, and running of our team, Dean’s daily operations are focussed on each branch of All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment, monitoring performance and ensuring each region is happy and content with their positions.
Away from work, Dean is hanging out with friends and family, hitting the surf or mountain bike riding. He’s wondered what it would be like to run a forklift over the route, but good sense won out.
Mark has been part of the All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment family since 2011, servicing and maintaining our fleet initially, working his way up to a state manager position. He has always remained true in focus to his primary passion: machine hire. Working with the team and being able to help customers find machines that make their job easier and more efficient is what gets this guy out of bed.
His daily routine is really centred around hire quotes, site visits, selling machines, customer visits, managing customers, and checking in that the Sydney staff are still loving life.
On the weekends, Mark is out on the golf course, or catching a wave, if he’s not out camping with the family of socialising with friends. (Yep, he puts the rest of us Netflix bingers to shame).
As the state manager for QLD, Nick has become an invaluable part of the fabric of the All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment family. Juggling multiple tasks, winning deals and completing a long to-do list every day is what gets his blood pumping, and the business is all the better for it! Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operation of the QLD arm of the company, Nick is the go-to guy for hire, sales, service, hire control, transport and accounts.
He loves a joke and bonding with the team, while balancing it with acute intuition of when it’s time to knuckle down and get to work.
With an IT background, he’s not just a pretty face… but it was his passion for machines and improving the productivity of work sites that brought him to the land of forklifts. Easy-going, genuine, fair and hardworking, Nick is a huge asset to our team.
First expanding into Adelaide in 2022, we knew we needed someone with experience, cue Ray our State Manager for South Australia.
Coming equipped to the team with over 22 years experience in equipment rental and OEM supplier across sales, service and operations. Ray is passionate about the industry as it's fast paced and he loves providing solutions to his customers specific needs. He's a real people person and enjoys building strong relationships with his internal team and external clients.
Outside of work you can find him taking his kids to sport (basketball and football) and enjoying a nice homemade lasagne. Kick starting his Monday morning with a Farmers Union Iced Coffee (move over Dare...) and enjoying the "one team" culture and can do attitude from the All Lift team.
For over six years Matthew has come from rookie beginnings as a spray painter, to knowing the company inside and out.
Matthew is a big cog in the running of All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment, taking care of customer quotes, assisting the team, arranging formal meetings, travelling to worksites for handovers and booking hires (which still gives him a buzz!).
On the weekends you’ll find Matthew enjoying family time with his fiancé and baby boy. He is also a lover of sport and performance in sport, soccer, surfing, dirt bikes or swinging the steel across nine holes on a local course.
Todd has become an integral part of the All Lift Forklift & Access Equipment family.
Todd looks after all things Magni related; leading our sales and support to our customers, researching the market and identifying opportunities with new, existing and lapsed customers.
One of his main roles is managing and growing our distributor network with the objective to maximise market share (we told you he was integral!). He works together with the broader business and other states to capitalise on opportunities to grow the brand and business.
Todd schedules customers visits, conducts site surveys, assesses equipment requirements, educates customers on new products and product enhancements, while developing, updating and improving product knowledge in order to increase opportunities for sales.
His downtime is actually quite hectic! With two young kids, his weekends are taken up with the kids’ sport on the weekend.
To describe Greg in three words, it’s an easy pick: committed, motivated and personable.
With over 15 years experience in material handling, his knowledge of the industry makes him an invaluable asset to the All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment family. He is proactive in identifying, directing and developing existing and future business opportunities. He’s dedicated to supporting the company’s encouragement of individuals to be inspired and accelerate their roles, as well as the future of the business.
Outside of business hours he’s with family and friends, usually playing a round of golf.
Joining the All Lift Forklifts and Access Hire team in 2015, Wayne has been a fixture as our Rental Controller and now NSW Service Manager. He’s our go-to guy for any service based requirements and regularly helps control all service job requirements in NSW. With an abundance of experience across the business including contract creation and management, equipment allocation, transport control and coordination and ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the sales, delivery and on-going service experience.
As our business has grown, Wayne is our star ‘lemme help!’ guarantee. He’s stepped in to lend a hand in fleet management and assisting the entire team whenever needed.

Outside of work he’s a family guy through and through. His kids and wife are his rock of support, and his family focused attitude is something that has leaked into how he bonds with the team and our customers. You can also catch him watching pretty much any sport, or jumping on his motorbike for a cruise.
Natalie is a relative newby to All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment, but a vital member of our team.
If you’re looking for machine spare parts, she’s your go-to. Her day is centred around assisting customers with their parts enquiries, locating the unusual parts requests, assisting all states in spare parts and maintaining cost efficient parts to assist with repairs and maintenance, going out of her way each and every day to keep customers happy.
On the weekends, Natalie is spending time with her family, being outdoors and, the best bit, working on old cars!
