A new generation of Toploader with innovative features never seen before. Offered in two basic chassis and three main stacking options capable of lifting 4 by 9'6', 5 by 9'6' and 6 by 9'6' high. A three-stage "RoRo" application mast is available for up to 4 by 9'6' high for the short wheelbase stacking model.
Our top loaders feature the same high-efficiency fast response electro hydraulics as our world-famous reach stackers. The same powerful onboard computer monitors subsystems and safety features as well as optimisation and workflow. Fitted with the ultimate safety feature the load moment indicator and limiter which in real-time considers mast tilt and spreader outreach on the dynamic stability of the machine reducing dangerous maneuvers.
The individual spreader twist-lock status feature displays information and assesses about the twist locks seated and locked positions. New features include stacking hight indicator and the driving configuration optimiser which reduces tyre wear and increases driving stability.
While our competitors still make use of antiquated technology resulting in poor fuel efficiency and hydraulic oil polluting gear pumps with a limited life, our state of the art machines are equipped with variable displacement piston pumps and are by far the most fuel-efficient machines in the class. The CVS Ferrari innovations continue with a pressurised oil tank and separate brake and hydraulic oil circuits and cooling systems.
